Covid-19 updates and fulfillment estimates

Currently our fulfillment estimate in the US is 17-23 business days (not including weekends). This is because our US fulfillment facilities are currently only working at basic capacity due to stay-at-home orders.

Sizing details

Each of our items listed in Calaveria’s product catalog has a size guide. In order to avoid any sizing issues please refer to the size guide added in the photo section of each product.

What do I do if an item arrived damaged?

Send photos of the product and the packing slip. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

What to do in case the order was lost in trasint

Double-check that you provided the correct shipping address.
Get in touch with local post office and their neighbors to try locating the lost order.
If the shipping address is correct, and the order still doesn’t arrive, contact us and we will find a resolution for you!
